Defective Products: If you have received your product and it is not as described, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your shipment for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations). Package without an RMA may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you should have any issues with your item please contact us and include your name, address, order number and the issue you're having and we will email you an RMA number, however shipping costs are not refunded.
