Refunds
are strictly for the BID amount. Once we receive
the defective item (all items in description) and
examine it, the refund/exchange will be processed.

Please send the return/exchange form (included w/
item) or a note with the returned item as to why

OR refund. If you would like to exchange for the
same product and we are out of stock, we will
immediately issue a refund instead! We will not
